Note: If you're using the Santa Clara County Realtor mailing list, please only send property coming soon and just listed emails to that list. All other templates should only be sent to your database.

There are 2 lists in this folder. One has the full 5000+ list, and one with only the top 2000 realtors (by production). If you use the 5000+ list, you will have to upgrade your Mailchimp account because it surpasses the 2000 contact limit.
